I believe that healing and transformation takes place in a safe, open-minded, and gentle space for each partner to work through relationship challenges.
Within session, I support individuals and couples in minimizing negative interaction patterns in order to reconnect and shape the future they wish to create. My clinical approach utilizes in-session experiential clinical interventions to promote immediate positive shifts within your relationships. Within and between sessions, partners notice changes within their connection, engaging in authentic communication, effective conflicts resolution, resulting in deeper emotional and sexual intimacy.
I enjoy working with adolescents and young adults, as recognize the importance of working with the entire family system to effect long term change. Within family sessions, I am dedicated to each party in being heard, validated and valued.
My work incorporates cognitive behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, Gestalt and Jungian approaches in addition to client centered therapy. I recognize the power and sense of agency each individual has in shaping their relationships with themselves and others.
